The Sales Manager is responsible for hiring, training, coaching and overall growth of the sales representatives and for developing programs to enhance the sales performance of the team. This individual would be responsible for managing the day-to-day aspects of the sales team and ensure growth for the key accounts in your region.
Qualifications: The requirements are 5+ years of high level direct sales and 3+ years of Sales management experience. This individual must have strong communication and relationship building skills, a proven track record of building and leading a sales team, as well as the ability to sell high value systems or projects. Technical software sales/marketing experience and depth in managing a high level Telesales organization is desirable.
Experience with different types of sales models and managing change is a plus.
The Educational Sale Representative is responsible for working with colleges and universities to develop opportunities and increase revenue within an assigned geographic territory. Your primary focus will include qualifying leads and pursuing up-sell opportunities, prospecting new business, and insuring development of our installed user base. You will have the opportunity to reach a customer base of some of the world's brightest technical people and provide them with tools that are fundamental for engineering and scientific learning and research.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of technical sales experience are required. A demonstrated understanding of competitive positioning and selling techniques is also essential. Other requirements: listening, probing, negotiation and good communication skills.
These individuals will be responsible for managing all aspects of the SoftIntegration's revolutionary sales process via the telephone: initial contact, follow up and generation of complex sales in an assigned territory and contacting customer base on a regular basis. As a member of the sales team, these individuals will work with other team members to maximize the potential of the assigned territory. Working as a team is an integral component to this position.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree is required, 2+ years of sales experience is a must. Software sales experience is a plus. Computer literacy required, understanding of sales automation tools preferred. Negotiation and account analysis skills required. Other requirements: listening, probing and good communication skills and a proven sales performance track record.
